Our skilled Technicians, Mechanics, Fabricators, and Engineers work together to design, build, and run elite competition cars on the track and off-road across the globe.
We are looking for an Operations and Planning Analyst to:
1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of all ERP transactions and associated activities, enabling the Supply Chain and Operations to procure parts in line with build requirements and timelines.
2. Process shop-orders through the ERP system (IFS), Excel, and helpdesk software, managing bookings in and out.
3. Maintain accurate shop-order content for all jobs.
4. Produce shortage reports and liaise with stakeholders regarding parts supply and order delivery.
5. Work with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of components.
6. Assist in expediting parts to build areas, liaising with purchasing, inspection, and stores.
7. Investigate errors and discrepancies, informing relevant individuals such as supervisors and buyers.
8. Perform administrative duties as directed by department management.
9. Be fully conversant with the company’s computer systems related to workshops.
10. Assist project management with project requirements and work across various Motorsport projects.
11. Raise orders in the ERP system.
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and possess excellent organization, prioritization, and customer service skills. Experience with IFS is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
