An excellent opportunity to join our successful client based in Morley, Leeds. To support in the day to day running of the department, supporting the logistics team with associated administration and client management from initial query and quotation to project completion.
THE ROLE
* Liaise with template and installation teams to organise logistics arrangements
* Raise orders across multiple platforms applying diligence and efficiency
* Implement a proactive approach to problem solving
* Develop and maintain strong, productive working relationships with retail partners to provide excellent customer service
* Fastidious record keeping on the company's central production system
THE CANDIDATE
* Ability to thrive under pressure
* High attention to detail
* Customer service or logistics experience helpful but not essential
* Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with clients
* Methodical and organised
