Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Projects department, for a Project Lead/Manager to join the team.
The Project Lead/Manager will lead the delivery team for the tender / project and will be the focal point for the project. The Project Manager/ Lead will be responsible for the completion of the work within the targets of safety, production, manhours, schedule, and cost. The Project Manager/Lead will work in collaboration with the tender teams to identify and quantify risks at the bidding stage then manages performance and risk throughout the project life cycle.
Key Tasks:
Tender Stage:
* Coordinate the activities of the various disciplines involved on the tender in accordance with the tender process map.
* Ensure all deliverables are issued to the management for review and then to the client in line with the scope assigned and as per schedule.
* Facilitate the tender review cycle (kick off meeting, strategy review, management review and tender hand-over).
* Participate in the negotiations to ensure operational parameters of the contract are achievable with a key focus on performance obligations and reasonable endeavours.
Project Stage:
* Organise the start up activities on the project: clarify and confirm internal and external battery limits of the Enshore scope and split of responsibilities within Enshore through RACI matrix, develop anticipated schedule of all activities, develop, and agree with Client deliverables and key dates for all activities, re-confirm cost budget for activities with Tender Team. Identify any changes up or down from as-sold position.
* Ensure selection of the most adequate assets and subcontractors, especially focusing on trencher specification and configuration
* Ensure flow downs are communicated from the contract into the operational project delivery team, especially focusing on reasonable endeavors and other performance obligations.
