We are recruiting for a pivotal role within a leading services business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join the Group Commercial Division and play a central role in shaping pricing strategy, performance analysis, and commercial governance.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing tenders, implementing pricing policies, and enhancing project profitability through close collaboration with operational teams. You'll act as a strategic partner across the business, driving forward robust commercial practices and ensuring financial integrity across multiple contracts.
Key Responsibilities include:Leading on tender submissions and commercial modellingImplementing pricing frameworks that support commercial agilityManaging margin optimisation on awarded contracts and projectsOverseeing working capital, billing, and revenue forecastsActing as a commercial business partner across departmentsNegotiating contract rates and onboarding subcontractors
What we're looking for:Proven commercial finance experienceACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified desirable although not essentialSolid knowledge of pricing, contractual law (desirable), and revenue managementA proactive and collaborative mindset with strong leadership qualities
