Chief Estates & Capital Projects Officer / COO, Based in Sussex.
Do you have a strong Estates, Facilities and Capital Projects background or perhaps you are a
COO and wish to use your specialised skill set towards promoting and supporting the best
interests of children in the local communities the Trust serves? We're looking for an experienced leader with the right skills and values to join our team.
You will be a positive, collaborative, robust and enthusiastic individual with a track record of
strategic thinking, communication and technical skills, along with a strong commitment to
improving service delivery and pupil outcomes. Your ability to quickly build rapport and
credibility and develop effective working relationships will compliment your flexible, outcome
focused and resilient approach to supporting organisational change and development. We
have the opportunity to tailor some elements of the portfolio in discussion with you to reflect
your specific skills and experience but the core elements encompass:
1. Estates development and management
2. Compliance
3. Contracts and procurement
4. Income generation
