Job Description
As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding stock processing, stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. The role is fast‑paced, challenging but rewarding. You will be responsible for managing a team, demonstrating a hands‑on approach, creating a motivating atmosphere, ensuring smooth stockroom processes, and driving the highest standards of stockroom and stock processing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and where performance targets are achieved.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management team when needed.
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do.
* Ensure the smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying, and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
* Always strive to ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to our customers as soon as possible.

* Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is not one we would typically consider for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
