Collaboration will be key: you will liaise our own SEND Lead and ACE Coordinator, student(s) care teams, and external professionals (e.g., Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker) to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach.

* Ability to adapt and differentiate support for young people with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Criteria

Role Responsibilities

* Completion of associated admin, cleaning of the classroom environment, setting up of learning materials for learning
* Promote independence, communication, and social interaction in a creative, engaging way
* Work closely with families, care staff, and external professionals to ensure a joined-up approach
* Safeguard the young person at all times and act in their best interests
