Litigation Solicitor/Legal Executive 2 PQE | Civil Litigation | Bognor Regis, West Sussex The Opportunity An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a friendly, well‑established and supportive law firm based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. This role offers the chance to manage a broad and interesting civil litigation caseload, with genuine scope to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the litigation department. The Role You will be responsible for running your own varied civil and commercial litigation caseload, to include: Contract and commercial disputes Contentious probate Neighbour and property disputes Professional negligence claims Landlord & Tenant litigation Matters are handled across a range of forums including: County Court proceedings Tribunals Arbitration Mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) You will have autonomy in your role while being supported by an approachable and collaborative team. About You Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive Minimum 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation Experience managing files with minimal supervision Strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution Confident providing clear, practical and jargon‑free advice to clients Proactive, commercially aware and keen to contribute to departmental growth What’s on Offer?
