Administrator A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic, people-first team on a permanent basis. Administrator Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, including managing training logistics, calendars, and the learning management system. Research and liaise with external providers and support senior team members with reporting and data extraction. Support the team by processing candidates, coordinating references and contracts, and maintaining accurate records. Arrange and track freelancer contracts, book meetings and travel (UK and international), and manage logistics for company-wide events. Assist with financial admin tasks such as inputting data, running reports, and tracking software subscriptions in collaboration with the IT and finance teams. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across company offices, including ordering supplies, maintaining workspaces, and liaising with external suppliers and contractors.
