Location: Home-based (with initial 1-week training at Cardiff Audi)

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Virtual Receptionist Team and are looking for a confident, customer-focused individual to become part of our dedicated support network.
The Role
As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers across the entire Mon Motors Group. Working from home, you will manage incoming calls, deliver outstanding customer care, and ensure every enquiry is responded to professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
* Handle all telephone enquiries on behalf of all departments across the Group
* Liaise with department managers regarding customer feedback as required
* Adhere to brand and group standards at all times
We are looking for someone who:
* Ideally has previous customer service experience
* Has experience within a prestige environment (desirable)
* Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Is organised, proactive, and detail-focused
* Has a confident, personable telephone manner
* Can work independently and adapt to flexible working hours
