Our workshop in Kintore is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the team with dimensional inspections, NDT, and weld inspections.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform dimensional and visual inspections based on drawings and datasheets, following current processes and procedures.
* Review and report on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and system failures to promote continuous improvement.
* Verify that manufactured, assembled, tested equipment conforms to specifications and customer requirements.
* Carry out Non-Destructive Tests on welds, structures, and materials (MPI, LPI, DPT, UT).
* Conduct material testing (hardness, PMI).
* Produce clear and concise test reports.
* Maintain NDE equipment.
* Support development and maintenance of the local Quality Management System.
* Ensure compliance with HSSE and Quality Plans.
* Review and approve or reject supplier documents in ERP system.
* Inspect consumable components and perform incoming material inspections.
* Support traceability in the warehouse.
* Assist in calibration activities, including in-house calibration and verification of outsourced calibration.
* Collaborate to reduce the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ).
* Provide CWI support for welding activities on site; CSWIP certification is advantageous.
* Support global quality standards and objectives.
Qualifications and Training
* NDE Level II certification.
* CSWIP or CWI certification is advantageous or achievable.
* ISO 9001 or API Q1 certification is advantageous.
* Counterbalance Forklift certification (B1).
* Experience with gauges, calipers, micrometers, and hardness testers.
* Background in manufacturing quality, quality control, and assurance.
Desired Characteristics
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Knowledge of packaging manufacturing operations.
