Location: Melton Mowbray, Residential Working
Salary: £23,500
Hours: Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm
Contract: Full time/Permanent
What You’ll Do
* Customer Support: Onboarding and training new garages
* Administration: Book and plan audits and sending confirmation
* Communicating: Build relationships with garages by having regular contact, as well as working alongside your designated Area Network Manager for garage queries/support
* Support: Work with the sales team to help with growth opportunities and product promotion, as well as working with the operational side of the business to maintain working relationships with garages and end users
What I Need
* Previous experience within the Motor Industry would be desirable but not essential
* An administrative background and comfortable using the Microsoft Office and Excel
* Customer Service experience, either face to face or over the phone
