A new position has become available in a luxury boutique providing outstanding customer service and products to a range of high calibre clients. Working as a Sales Advisor you will be an ambassador for the company, delivering expert knowledge and service while working towards targets.
Based in the world-renowned Bicester Village, this role will consist of 40 hours per week, Monday – Sunday. Offering £29,120 per annum plus bonus.
Sales Advisor Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all guests visiting the boutique.
* Provide a wealth of knowledge into available products, with exceptional customer service.
* Work to meet company and individual sales targets.
* Maintain strict security procedures and policies.
* Use varied clienteling skills to support the closure of sales and repeat custom.
Personal Attributes:
* Have strong customer service experience having worked in a similar luxury environment.
* Demonstrate a drive and passion for luxury items.
* Use initiative to problem solve.
* Be a team player, working well with your colleagues towards the common goal.
* Hold excellent communication, organisation skills.
* Show adaptability and flexibility.
Experience working with jewellery or accessories would be advantageous for this role but is not required.
