Front of House Manager

About the role
Imagine a role where you can build your future, make someone’s day, and lead others to do the same. As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading all Guest facing operations, developing people, and ensuring consistently high standards of service, efficiency, and quality.
Working closely with the Owner/Operator and leadership team, you will set expectations, uphold Chick-fil-A values, and help deliver a calm, welcoming, and Guest focused experience, while creating a positive environment for Team Members.
You must be available to work weekdays and Saturdays, across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities include
• Lead all front of house operations during shifts, ensuring strong execution and service standards
• Support planning and delivery of labour schedules and daily deployment
• Oversee guest facing areas including front counter and dining areas
• Manage speed of service, order accuracy, and the overall Guest experience
• Coach, develop, and support Team Leaders and Team Members through regular feedback
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for front of house roles
• Set the standard for hospitality, cleanliness, organisation, and safety
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and make confident decisions on shift
• Work closely with back of house leadership to ensure smooth service and communication
• Maintain a clean, safe, and Guest ready front of house environment at all times
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and leadership presence on every shift
• Perform additional duties as required to support business needs
Physical and safety requirements
• This role includes manual handling tasks, including lifting items of up to 15kg
• Work involves standing for extended periods in a kitchen environment
About you
• Experience leading a high volume hospitality or quick service operation is required
• Enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others
• Leads by example and takes pride in setting standards
• Calm under pressure and able to lead effectively in a fast paced environment
• Strong communicator with a people first mindset
• Experience and confidence to act as the most senior leader in the restaurant when required
• Motivated to grow as a leader within the business
