Our client is a market leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years, in the supply, manufacture, design, install and service of engineering equipment. They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Executive.
Job Description:
Duties for the Internal Sales Executive will include:
1. Prepare quotations within company time frames
2. Ensure correct product selection to satisfy clients requirements
3. Build rapport, maintain relationships and establish customer loyalty
4. The Internal Sales Executive will also be required to liaise at all levels with customers, area managers and internal colleagues
5. Ensure profitable sales are maintained
6. Identify market trends and feedback to management
7. Maintain company CRM system
8. Purchase products with compliance of mandatory requirements
9. Maintain company procedures and systems
10. Identify training needs
It would be good to see candidates for the Internal Sales Executive role with the following:
11. An understanding of Engineering principles
12. Experience of working in a similar environment
13. Customer facing sales
14. Must be computer literate
15. Good communication skills
16. Strong team player with excellent time management skills
17. Ability to seek and develop leads in to long lasting professional relationships
18. Self-motivated and ability to manage workload
19. A driving licence is essential due to the location
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £26,000 – £28, 000 DOE
