Functional Disability Assessor
(Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist)
Salary: £39,500 – £46,300 per year + bonus & benefits
Location: Chatham – hybrid (around 50% home-based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm – no weekends or bank holidays

The role:
Conduct assessments (in person and by phone)
Review medical evidence and daily living activities
Produce clear, evidence-based reports for the DWP
Who we’re looking for:
NMC or HCPC-registered professional with 1+ year’s post-registration experience in an adult setting
Nurses, OTs, Physios, Paramedics, Pharmacists welcome
Strong communication, report writing, and IT skills essential
