OTE £48k (Base £35k-£40k uncapped commission on meetings booked 1% of closed won deals from your opportunities). What You’ll Be Doing Booking at least 10 attended meetings per month with senior decision-makers. Running multi-channel outbound using email, LinkedIn, and phone. Writing compelling outreach content that gets replies. Collaborating with AEs & Account Managers to drive pipeline and revenue. Targeting key verticals: Finance, Transport, Aerospace, Engineering, Higher Ed. What We’re Looking For 1 years of outbound SDR experience in B2B sales. Strong experience with sales tech like HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, Cognism, Apollo, or similar. Proactive & structured – you plan, review, and optimise your work daily. Confident picking up the phone, attending events, and networking with decision-makers. Consultative approach – you know how to qualify, handle objections, and open opportunities. Build your own pipeline, contribute to strategy, and close deals within 12-18 months as part of our AE or AM teams.
