Join our team at a mainstream primary school in Harlow as a SEN Teaching Assistant working on a 1 to 1 basis. You'll support children from Early Years to Key Stage 2, working closely with teachers and staff to create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering creative activities that support children's development. Aid in the social, emotional, and academic growth of children, particularly those with SEN, including Behavioural and SEMH needs. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students. Observe, assess, and track the progress of individual children, maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for the children. Ensure safeguarding and health & safety regulations are consistently followed.
