I am looking for a kind, reliable, and personable Personal Assistant to provide companionship and light practical support in a friendly home environment.

This role is centred around companionship and support with day‑to‑day activities. Duties will be varied and may change from week to week, offering a flexible opportunity for the right person.

Job Description
* Providing companionship

Person Specification
Essential:
* Someone with patience, compassion, and a positive attitude
* Understanding of confidentiality and total respect for privacy
Desirable:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Flexibility in working hours to accommodate personal needs
Summary of Terms and Conditions
Pay rate is £12.89 per hour for employed PAs and £15.55 per hour for self‑employed PAs. Hours and times of work: 4 hours per week. Time to be discussed further at interview.
Annual holiday entitlement will be equivalent to the work normally expected to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
Post Requirements
* Satisfactory enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, with cost covered by the employer
* Satisfactory references from two referees, one of whom must be the current or last employer
* Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months
