We are Infinity Motorcycles – one of the UK’s biggest retailers of motorcycle helmets, clothing, and accessories, with 17 stores across the country and a thriving online store stocking hundreds of the biggest biking brands.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Digital Content Creator, working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and our in-house team, you’ll own our social media presence – filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Your key responsibilities include as follows:
* Collaborate with another in-house Digital Content Creator to plan weekly/monthly content calendars
* Research trends, write scripts, dress the film set, film content, and collect B-roll
* Shoot and edit 1x long-form YouTube video and 3-4x short-form social videos per week
* Create video thumbnails, schedule content, and review analytics to improve performance
* Visit stores on location to shoot photography and film video (instructing staff on best practises)
* Handle product photography and organise creative assets in Dropbox
* Direct and film on location for ad campaigns
* Step on camera confidently – talking, collaborating with staff, suppliers, and customers
* Engage with audiences in real time (comments, stories, messages, tags)
What we are looking for:
We’re not interested in qualifications – we value experience, ambition, and a genuine passion for motorcycles and digital content. Whether you’re a TikTok influencer or a social media creative from your personal profile, we want to see what you can do.
You will need:
* A portfolio of published video content (please provide links)
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
* Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and social media analytics
* Proven ability to grow organic reach on a social channel
* Comfortable on camera and able to set up lighting, camera, and sound independently
* Punctual, reliable, and intuitive – you meet deadlines and take feedback well
* A valid driver’s license or motorcycle license (mandatory) – you will travel to locations away from the main office
Huge bonus (but not essential):
* Knowledge of motorcycles, clothing, and accessories
* Experience directing others on camera
Don’t worry if you’re not a product expert yet – full training on our inventory is provided.

* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Additional overtime or days in lieu are available on request for weekend events.
