* £50000 to £65000 per year complete on-target earnings.

Role Summary
The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency. The Partner role offers a flexible, fully employed position that allows you to act as a self‑employed estate agent with full support. You will provide an end‑to‑end service for your customers from valuation to completion of sale, build a local customer base and grow your own personal brand.
Responsibilities
* Provide full estate agency service, including valuation, marketing, viewings, negotiations and completion.
* Build and maintain a local network of buyers and sellers.
* Generate leads and drive business through marketing and personal branding.
* Use the company’s lead management system and technology to maximise productivity.
* Meet or exceed personal sales and profitability targets.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
* Proof of right to work (passport or birth certificate).
* Proof of address.
* National Insurance number.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.
* Experience in real estate or sales is desirable.
