Main Responsibilities
* Manage teams providing support to service users and staff.
* Develop and review personalized, outcome-focused support plans.
* Ensure staff adhere to support plans and standards.
* Encourage participation and partnership with staff, service users, carers, and stakeholders.
* Formulate risk assessments and ensure compliance.
* Keep accurate records and oversee staffing levels.
* Model positive relationships and monitor team communication.
* Work with senior team on service allocations.
* Coordinate with health and social care partnerships and attend relevant meetings.
* Participate in recruitment and regulatory notifications.
* Report incidents and concerns promptly.
Organizational Responsibilities
* Work within health and social care standards and SSSC codes of practice.
* Manage personal development and training.
* Seek advice and feedback for service improvement.
* Follow company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* SVQ level 2/3/4 or working towards.
* Registration with SSSC.
