The programme will unlock significant growth by enabling personalised experiences and building a seamless journey for our customers. This role is a fixed‑term contract, ending 31 December 2026. During this time, you’ll support the Customer Growth Programme Lead to streamline governance, structure, and reporting that ensures all workstreams are aligned, on track and that progress is visible to all stakeholders, enabling effective decision making.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the master programme plan, tracking all key milestones, activities and dependencies across four workstreams.
* Establish and manage the programme risk, issue, assumption, and dependency (RAID) log.
* Own the reporting cycle, preparing clear and concise status reports and presentation packs for the Programme Lead and Steering Committee.
* Track the programme budget, monitor spend against forecast and assist Customer Growth Programme Lead with financial management.
* Coordinate and facilitate key programme meetings, ensuring clear agendas, actions, and outcomes.
* Act as the central point of coordination for the programme, ensuring information flows effectively between all team members and workstreams.
Work Arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. You’ll regularly spend time in our London office. We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
Your skills & experience
* Significant experience in a supporting role within a large programme or portfolio environment is essential.

* Able to bring clarity to a complex programme.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to synthesise complex information into clear reports and presentations.
* Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
