Alphega EU is undergoing significant transformation and with its agile set-up is continuously improving consumer experience, membership proposition and services offered both B2B and B2C. This volume of change needs to be pro-actively harnessed so that the transition from pilot to operations is smooth and there is a high-level of consolidation and excellence. This brings us an exciting new opportunity to bring on board a Head of Network Excellence.
This role will be to support both local and divisional functions including project managers to convert projects from pilot and concepts to business as usual. Ensure smooth transition and delivery of KPIs and capturing innovation to continuously support improvements.
You will also develop concrete plans across all areas of operations to ensure each country has the right people doing the right things at the right time.
Other duties may include:
* To conduct horizon scans to identify trends, review the competitive landscape, and highlight potential improvements in the operations within pharmacy and the sales force. Understand what technological assets are available to streamline operations and performance.
* To develop, maintain, and manage detailed operational plans with significant inter-dependency across AH organisation and feedback progress to Regional Director and Country Managers.
* Create a mindset within countries of delivering with Pace, Power and Precision. (See attached0
* To be the Alphega expert for CRM and access the system centrally and provide insights for Regional Director on key metrics, insights into performance and best practice to improve effectiveness and efficiency of Salesforce in team. Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly business intelligence reports to measure, monitor and benchmark performance of business consultants and line managers.
* To continuously do a horizon scan of CRM systems particularly around FMCG so that the platform is continuously improved. Key point of contact for Country Managers.
The successful candidate will ideally have
* Strong skills to drive excellence in large international networks and transformational change
* 80% of time spent working alongside country teams in local market to understand dynamics of each market and build robust delivery plans.
* Data driven and ability to create compelling examples of changes to business operations. Seen as the business expert for excellence.
* Attention to detail and a passion for excellence focusing on insights to understand dynamics of performance and ability to translate these to concrete actions
* Significant experience with multi-site international experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical or FMCG ideally in senior executive role.
