Join Childbase Partnership and be part of something extraordinary Role: Nursery Assistant / Unqualified Nursery Practitioner Location: Cedar Park Day Nursery Twyford RG10 9PP Contract: Permanent 37.5-40 hours per week 52 weeks per year Working pattern: Monday-Friday, varied shifts between 7:30am-6:30pm Choose a 4- or 5-day week Salary: £25,708.80 per annum (pro rata) £12.36 per hour At Childbase Partnership, we've been delivering childcare excellence since 1989, and we're just as committed to caring for our people as we are for the children we support. You might be someone who: Enjoys inspiring and caring for babies and young children aged five and under Has some experience working with children, ideally in an early years setting Has an understanding of child development and, ideally, the EYFS, allowing you to work as a Key Person Enjoys planning and delivering engaging activities that support learning through play Is committed to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing at all times Works well as part of a team and communicates confidently with children, parents and colleagues Inclusion and safeguarding We're an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all ages and backgrounds.
