Job Description
Your new role involves managing multi-planned maintenance projects, which includes:
* Managing in-house construction professionals;
* Appointing and managing external professional consultants;
* Administering contracts and monitoring KPIs;
* Chairing various meetings at different stages of the contract;
You will be responsible for performance managing construction works and applying low performance damages as required under the contract.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet one of the following criteria:
* Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant building/construction/technical discipline plus 2 years' relevant experience;
* Possess a relevant BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma or qualification of an equivalent academic level plus 3 years' relevant experience in building/construction/technical discipline.
You should be able to demonstrate relevant experience as outlined above.
