The job:
We’re offering an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in business, consultancy, or sales. As an Apprenticeship Consultant, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside our sales and account management teams - helping businesses reduce their costs while developing real-world skills and working towards a recognised qualification.
RequirementsWhat you’ll do day-to-day:
• Support consultants in generating and qualifying new business leads
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and tender documents
• Learn how to identify client needs and recommend the right solutions
• Shadow supplier negotiations and understand contract processes
• Help maintain client relationships and contribute to account management
• Work towards individual and team goals with regular coaching and feedback
What you need:
• Interest in business, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred
• No experience necessary - just a great attitude and a desire to build a career
