This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about helping young people with additional needs reach their full potential. We are offering flexible working options, with both full-time and part-time roles available, starting ASAP. Role Responsibilities Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students with a range of SEN. Assist in delivering personalised learning plans and curriculum access. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and school staff. Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment. Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Ideal Candidate Experience supporting children or young people (SEN experience advantageous). Calm, patient, and nurturing approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, proactive, and committed to making a difference. Available to start at short notice. What Teaching Personnel Can Offer £13.75 per hour, paid weekly. Flexible full-time or part-time hours.
