You will be joining an amazing senior leadership team working across large international clients and leaner SMEs who are experiencing rapid growth. You will be:
* Leading by example, fostering a thorough understanding of each client’s business within the team.
* Manage multiple account teams to deliver work within allocated budgets, ensuring the highest standard of service delivery.
* Provide expert client advisory services and oversee day-to-day PR operations.
* Mentor and develop junior colleagues, nurturing their skills and fostering growth within the team.
* Getting involved in new business and growing out already established accounts.
Required Skills:
* Extensive experience within the Fintech/Financial services space is essential.
* Demonstrated proficiency in client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
* Proven track record in new business development and a proactive approach to growing accounts.
* Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple teams effectively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with senior clients.
* A passion for technology and a keen understanding of the Fintech landscape.
