Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Sealant Applicators on behalf of a well-established family-run construction company. With over 40 years' experience, the company is one of the largest sealants specialists in the UK, operating across England, Scotland, and Wales. Multiple full-time roles are available across the UK including Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Monmouthshire, London, and Bristol. This role involves travelling within your allocated region to deliver high-quality sealant installation.
Key Duties
* Drive to sites within the allocated region, possibly visiting multiple locations per day.
* Professionally install sealants internally and externally.
* Adhere to construction site rules.
* Follow the scope of works and company method statements.
* Work from ladders, scaffolding, and MEWPs.
* Comply with health and safety legislation and company H&S policy.
* Record material usage and provide accurate stock takes.
* Complete daily logs including plant and vehicle check records.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sealant application or a similar field.
* Practical and good with your hands.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Full UK driving licence and willing to travel.
* Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning new skills.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, polite, honest, and reliable.
