Full Stack Technical Lead - Remote - £65k-£70k (DOE)
I'm working with an exciting organisation that is looking for a Full Stack Technical Lead to take ownership of modern cloud-based applications and lead development within a defined architectural framework.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior full-stack engineer who enjoys remaining hands-on while influencing architecture, enforcing engineering standards, and driving secure development practices across a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Designing and developing scalable backend services using .NET 10.0.2 and ASP.NET Core Web APIs
Building and maintaining Angular 21 front-end applications using DevExpress DevExtreme v25 components
Leading secure, Azure-native cloud implementations
Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Bicep
Implementing authentication and role-based access via Azure Entra ID
Integrating Azure Key Vault for secure secret management across environments
Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests (NUnit and ViTest)
Ensuring all development aligns with OWASP secure coding standards
Contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements and secure deployment practices
Participating in architecture and technical design reviews
Collaborating with UI/UX teams using Figma prototypes
Maintaining high-quality technical documentation

RESTful API design / OpenAPI / Swagger
Angular 21 (mandatory)

What They're Looking For
7+ years' commercial software engineering experience
2+ years operating as a Technical Lead
Strong full-stack expertise within the Microsoft ecosystem
Proven experience with modern Angular (v15+)
Hands-on Azure architecture and deployment experience
Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code
Strong understanding of secure enterprise application development
Experience working in regulated or security-sensitive environments
Solid grasp of RESTful API design and authentication patterns
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with technical leadership responsibilities
Desirable Experience
Multi-environment Azure architecture design
Angular performance optimisation
Designing role-based access control systems
Cloud cost optimisation practices
Exposure to penetration testing and secure SDLC processes
Experience contributing to architectural decision-making
