Location: Southeast England | Contract: 3 months | Start: ASAP
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Interim Regional Manager to oversee a group of adult residential services supporting individuals with learning disabilities in North England. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact, driving quality, compliance, and person-centred care across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong leadership and operational oversight across services
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal standards
* Support and guide local managers to maintain high-quality care
* Lead on improvement plans and service development
About You:
* Proven leadership in adult social care, particularly learning disability services
* In-depth understanding of CQC and safeguarding practices
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Available for an immediate start
* Must be on the DBS update service
