Job Title: Temporary Receptionist

Shift Hours: Ad hoc shifts, 8am to 6pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to join various clients in Edinburgh. The ideal candidates will be responsible for welcoming customers, answering calls and emails, and providing refreshments such as teas and coffees. This roles require excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers upon arrival.
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
Respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
Prepare and serve teas and coffees to customers and staff.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
