We are recruiting for someone to join our team as a booking administrator within a busy Distribution company. This role will be working within a team of administrators, working closely with customers to liaison deliveries and update systems and paperwork accordingly. This role will include making a lot of calls to customers meaning it would suit someone who is confident talking and with administration. If this sounds like something you’d love to join, keep reading! This role is based in Dartford DA2. Working any 5 over 7 days, 8 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm. Paying £13.10 per hour. Key areas of responsibility: * Contacting customers to book delivery slots at a time that suits them. * Ensuring balances are settled on accounts. * Updating internal systems and paperwork accordingly * Working closely with the delivery teams to ensure each customer’s needs are met to a high standard. * Approaching each customer with a warm and empathetic outlook and handling feedback and complaints in a professional manner Skills and experience required: * Comfortable and confident on the telephone and PC literate * Being able to use own initiative. * Positive attitude and outlook with ability to empathise in all situations. * Systematic and persistent approach to work * Putting the customer first and taking person responsibility to resolve any issues.
