About Us & The Role
We are a friendly, one form entry primary school with a supportive SLT and a team of experienced, committed staff. We are seeking an excellent teacher to share leadership of our maths curriculum and help drive a high quality, progressive approach to maths across the school. Alongside this, the successful candidate will take on a shared Senior Leadership Team role with responsibility for Achievement across the primary range, with a strong focus on data analysis, monitoring progress and attainment, and ensuring inclusion groups are well supported and able to thrive.
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
* Is an excellent classroom practitioner with a passion for maths
* Can co lead and shape a strong, ambitious maths curriculum and provide continuing professional development opportunities
* Has the skills to analyse data effectively and champion achievement for all pupils, including key inclusion groups
* Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, experienced team
