Martins Bakery is a family run business where baking has been in our family since 1865. By joining us you will be part of a small friendly team where you can enjoy a great work/life balance. We are looking for a experienced baker/confectioner to join our team to make a wide variety of cakes, slices, pasties, pastries, and sour doughs. Duties will also include packing orders, slicing bread, generally help out and help clean down at the end of the day.
Early morning starts, hours vary throughout the year depending on how busy we are.
6 days a week,
Mon to Fri, 5am start to 1pm (Approx)
Saturday, 3am start to 8am (Approx)
Breaks 2x20 mins
Pay depends on experience
We are ideally looking for someone with ideas, knowledge and enthusiasm to help drive the business forward. You must be reliable and punctual and be self motivated, both individually and as part of a team. We require a minimum of 2 years bakery/chef experience please.
