About the role
Churchill Estates Management is seeking to appoint a Lodge Manager for a 12-month maternity contract in Sutton Coldfield.
The Lodge Manager will coordinate maintenance and facilities for retirement apartments, enjoy working with people, and have experience in administration and customer service. This role offers the chance to make a positive impact on residents' lives by organizing activities, managing contractors, conducting health and safety checks, and more.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Lodge Manager will oversee property maintenance and deliver first-class service to Owners. The role involves liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues, and being the trusted on-site contact.
This position is vital to the success of the Lodge and the satisfaction of its Owners, offering a rewarding experience.
About you
You should have a passion for excellent customer service, an outgoing personality, and a love of working with people. You need to act with sensitivity and diplomacy, manage safety and security, and work calmly under pressure. Independence and initiative are important, as well as administrative skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
Experience in sectors like retirement living, social housing, hospitality, services, charity, or health & social care is desirable. The ideal candidate enjoys front-of-house roles and is committed to providing outstanding customer service and administration.
