What youll be doing Performing a variety of advanced treatments including electrolysis, advanced electrolysis (ACP), facials, waxing, laser hair removal, radiofrequency, body sculpting and microneedling Providing personalised consultations to understand each clients needs and recommending suitable treatments Building strong, lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and achieve high retention Promoting retail products and additional services to maximise each clients experience Maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client comfort across all treatment areas Keeping accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences Staying current with the latest techniques, trends and products Working independently and as part of a team, with the confidence to hit and surpass targets What were looking for A recognised qualification in electrolysis (NVQ Level 2-4 preferred); proficiency in electrolysis is essential Experience in beauty therapy or a related field is preferred, though training can be provided for the right candidate Proficiency in skin and body treatments Excellent communication and customer service skills - confident, warm and professional Organised with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and hygiene Ability to work well under pressure, including with VIP and UHNW clients A genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their very best Benefits Company pension, employee discount, store discount, sick pay, company events, referral programme, excellent transport links.
