About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic, motivated Assistant Studio Manager to take a leading role in our coaching team and help drive day-to-day operations. This is a hybrid role combining group training, team leadership, and business operations. You’ll support the Studio Manager in delivering exceptional member experiences while fostering a strong, high-performing team. What You’ll Do: ‍ Coaching & Member Engagement Lead 15–20 dynamic F45 classes/week Deliver personal attention in a group setting Build relationships that drive member results & retention Team Leadership Mentor, schedule, and manage trainers Lead onboarding, development, and performance reviews Ensure consistent, high-quality coaching across the board ️ Challenge & Transformation Programs Own the F45 45-Day Challenge (3x per year) Guide participants through mindset, training, and nutrition Celebrate milestones and fuel motivation studio-wide ️ Studio Operations Oversee scheduling, equipment, inventory, and daily workflow Collaborate on marketing, social media, and local outreach Track studio metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies What We’re Looking For: ✅ Level 3 Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification ✅ Proven experience in fitness coaching & leadership ✅ High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and team mindset ✅ Strong organizational and time management skills ✅ Creative, social media–savvy approach to content ✅ Willingness to work varied hours, including mornings/evenings ✅ Physically able to lead 15–20 sessions/week with consistent enthusiasm Why Join F45 Mill Hill? ✨ Competitive salary & growth opportunities ✨ Be part of a high-performing, well-established team ✨ Make a real impact in a supportive, fast-paced environment ✨ Join a globally respected brand that’s still growing
