Optical & Sales Administrator – Central London
We’re looking for a friendly, organised Optical & Sales Administrator to join a small, growing team in the City of Westminster. This is a hands-on role where you'll support both retail and online operations, helping customers find the right eyewear and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online
* Guide customers through frame and lens selection
* Accurately take optical measurements
* Respond to enquiries via email and phone
* Maintain customer records and support outreach efforts
* Oversee store presentation, stock levels, and admin
* Support store opening/closing and weekend shifts
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year of experience in optical sales or dispensing
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Detail-oriented, organised, and target-driven
* Comfortable with tech tools and multitasking
* Interest in sustainability and circular design
* Able to work Saturdays or Sundays (essential)
