Responsibilities:
1. Bone and trim beef, pork, and lamb;
2. Work according to customer specifications;
3. Report any non-conforming products to the Supervisor;
4. Ensure efficient production by working as part of a team;
5. Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in boning or trimming meat is essential;
* Experience in the food industry preferred;
* Good knife skills demonstrated;
* Strong communication and teamwork skills;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve high customer service standards.
