Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

As one of the UK’s leading homecare brands, Minky Homecare are seeking a bright, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our social media marketing team for a maternity leave period. This role is central to driving brand leadership across Minky Homecare social media platforms through creative excellence, communication strategy and campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
* Development and implementation of annual Social Media plans for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn
* Liaising with the Marketing team to create key product launch activity
* Overseeing the success of the Minky Brand Ambassador program
* Managing paid influencer activity and media agencies
* Networking and relationship building with collaborative brands
* Email marketing campaigns to drive sales growth on Minky web
* Increasing followers on all organic social channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
* Briefing our in-house Graphic Design and photography team to develop and create exciting content
* Scheduling posts accurately and monitoring engagement
* Reporting and analysis of social activity and email campaigns
Ideal Candidate
* Ability to collaborate well and bring a positive energy to the team
* 3 years+ experience in social media with another leading brand, retailer or Digital Marketing Agency
* Creative, with a strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving licence desired but not essential
* Experience in the following areas is desirable:
o Organic social media
o Social media advertising (primarily Facebook / Instagram)
