Job Description
Responsible for delivering our prime and promo activity across all of our channels. This role interfaces with multiple stakeholders and is working in a fast paced environment.
You will be responsible for the delivery of our always on trading activity, working with teams across the business including content management, retail and trading, as well as teams within marketing such ascontent and design.
Additional projects within your remit may also include delivery of paid social assets, affiliate banners, promotional assets for larger trading moments as well as coordinating requirements for multivariate testing and geo-targeted content.
You must have exceptional attention to detail, experience in delivering a high volume of projects at one time and be able to work to a rigorous process. We’re looking for someone who is competent at managing very quick updates and changes, can communicate well with a broad range of stakeholders, has strong stakeholder management skills and someone who is passionate about being closer to the retail and trading elements of the role, vs an individual who is looking to deliver brand, creative campaigns. There is little creative involved within this trade delivery role.
As a midweight level, you’ll be expected to manage your briefs with some autonomy and take accountability for accuracy of delivery. However, you will have support from the Senior Integrated Producer and Lead IP as part of the Marketing Operations team, as well as working closely with the Trade Marketing teams.
What You'll Be Doing
* Daily coordination and delivery of multi channel promotional content,published on line, on social, through CRM, push, affiliates and paid media. You’ll work with retail, content, design, content management, marketing, INT editors and 3rd party translation systems, social and CRM teams to do this
* Multi device testing and checking of digital content, including supporting out of office hour refreshes of content where required. You will be encouraged to take flexible working to accommodate this
* Supporting the trade marketing team in coordination of retail and promotional informationand be the key point of contact that connects all of the different departments (working with the Trade Marketing team)
* Working with the studio teams and Resource Managerto get an understanding of how much resource is required for certain tasks/ to deliver different project types, and to ensure that all deadlines are met
* Creating project plans for short and medium lead projectsusing best practice processes, tools and resource information (across the immediate and wider teams including the creative, content, production, fashion etc) to manage projects and expectations based on available resource
* Communicating plans to appropriate teams clearly and effectively
* Troubleshootingyour project related issues, escalating when required but always aiming to provide solutions and suggestions to resolve
* Inputting into discussions and guidelines to constantly improve planning, processes and proceduresrequired to deliver trade activity and make recommendations to the team, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level. This is required at every level of the team, and input into the Senior and Lead IPs will help provide a rounded view of what improvements we should make
* You’ll beresponsible for managing projects and activity with completed supporting project documents, e.g.project delivery plans, RACIs, timelines existing project documentation
* Using our internal project management and resourcing tool Workfrontto manage and deliver all projects and share project information.
Qualifications
* Great understanding of digital, web and design with excellent time management skills and an ability to drive a project forward to ensure it meets it’s deadlines
* A background in retail or trade, or an ability to demonstrate an understanding of the retail trading landscape is desirable. It is a must that you are commercially minded
* Experience in delivering multi channel digital activity to short timescales, ideally for a global business, where there are set processes in place
* Proven record of learning retrospectively and using past projects to help inform better results in the future
* Experience of delivering a high volume of assets using tracker
* documentation to ensure all assets have successfully completed and published
* Experience with working in a team with senior stakeholders, and a proven record of problem solving
* Experience with Workfront (or similar project management systems) and CMS’ would be beneficial
* A confident approach to managing multiple stakeholders across multiple teams and multiple projects, with a history of cross team collaboration which has delivered results.
