Job Description
As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
* Leading the Shared Service Centre and overseeing all financial operations.
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial processes and systems.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals and strategies.
* Preparing financial reports and presenting them to senior management.
* Managing and mentoring a team of finance professionals.
* Overseeing budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Engaging in continuous professional development to stay updated with industry trends.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a Shared Service Centre.
* Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
