We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bebbington Services. This service provides intensive support to individuals within a residential setting, offering care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.
The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager in providing sound leadership and managing the staff team to deliver a person-centered service. The role involves first-line leadership to our care team to help them achieve lifelong careers with the charity.

1. Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to the people.
2. Leading support workers to establish and maintain high standards of care within the residential services.
3. Ensuring an effective, responsive, caring, and safe service for the individuals supported.
4. Promoting an autism-specific culture through effective work practices and identifying additional support needs.
5. Maintaining accurate records and reporting systems.

Hours of work: Typically, a 3-week rolling rota within the hours of 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. The post involves providing management cover across a 7-day period, including weekends, as part of your contracted hours.
