Field Service Manager – Forklifts
Location: Bristol/Bath Area
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Company Vehicle + Bonuses + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
We are currently seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join a well-established forklift service provider operating in the Bristol/Bath region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to step into a rewarding management role.
As the Field Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of field engineers, ensuring efficient scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction across all forklift servicing and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the field service team
Provide hands-on technical support and guidance on forklift repairs and maintenance
Ensure timely completion of jobs and high service standards
Coordinate workloads, scheduling, and resource allocation
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Monitor and report on performance and KPIsWe’re looking for someone with proven experience in the forklift or plant industry, ideally in a supervisory or Field Service Manager role. A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential.
