We're recruiting a Sous Chef to join a luxury care home kitchen, delivering fresh, nutritious, restaurant-quality food for residents, guests and visitors.

The Offer
£17.00 per hour (£35,000–£38,000+)
40 hours per week
Shifts between 7:00am – 8:00pm
Alternate weekends required
Up to 30 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role
Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen.
Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals daily.
Lead and develop junior chefs.
Maintain excellent food standards and presentation
Support menu development and seasonal changes
Ensure food safety, hygiene and compliance
Help create a positive and professional kitchen culture.
About You
Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
Around 5 years' kitchen experience.
Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
