Junior Event Manager | Weddings, Private and Corporate Events
Contract: 6-month full-time role, with potential for extension or a full time permanent position
Location: Remote (ideally based in London) with travel for site visits, meetings, and event delivery (UK & Europe)

We are seeking a bright, ambitious Junior Event Manager with a minimum 2–3 years’ relevant experience to join our team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across a range of private and corporate events, supporting senior team members throughout the full project lifecycle.
The role offers excellent exposure to live event production, creative planning, logistics and client servicing, and would suit someone with a meticulous eye for detail, a calm and proactive approach, and a genuine interest in luxury experiences. We are looking for someone who’s hungry to learn, eager to take responsibility, and excited to be part of a small, senior-led team that delivers unforgettable experiences for exceptional clients.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple workstreams
* Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and flexible in approach
* Articulate and professional in all forms of communication
* Creative thinker with strong initiative and problem-solving skills
* Technically confident with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva is a plus
* Team-oriented but self-motivated with initiative, energy and enthusiasm for the industry
* Detail-led and committed to delivering to the highest standard
* Eager to learn, grow, and make your mark in a fast-moving event environment
Responsibilities
Planning & Project Support
* Work alongside the Head of Events on the planning and execution of private and corporate events
* Assist with venue and supplier research, sourcing and communications
* Join site visits and supplier walkthrough meetings
* Support the preparation of presentation decks and visual concepts
* Prepare project documentation
* Support with guest management
* Liaise with clients, partners and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
On-Site Event Delivery
* Support the senior team during live event delivery, including UK and overseas events
* Assist with supplier briefings, production builds and guest hospitality
* Ensure smooth on-the-day operations and manage ad hoc challenges
* Represent the brand in a professional, client-facing capacity at all times
Requirements
* 2–3 years’ event experience minimum, preferably within luxury private events (and premium brand environments desirable too)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proficiency with Canva or similar creative tools desirable
* Understanding of the UK event industry; European experience advantageous
* UK residency and right to work in the UK
* Willingness and ability to travel, including short-notice international travel
* Additional languages are an advantage
