Barista Role Overview
As a Barista, you will work across:
* Large-scale sporting and racing events
* Corporate hospitality events
* Busy cafés and venue locations
* Ongoing weekday hospitality shifts
This is a flexible hospitality role suitable for experienced baristas looking for part-time, full-time, temporary, or seasonal work.
Shifts may range from 6-12 hours depending on the venue or event. Weekend availability is advantageous.
Barista Responsibilities
* Preparing high-quality coffee using commercial espresso machines
* Serving customers quickly and professionally
* Operating tills and handling payments
* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
* Supporting hospitality teams at events and venues
Barista Requirements
* Minimum 6 months barista experience preferred
* Confident using commercial coffee machines
* Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk texturing
* Strong customer service skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Event or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
