About the Role:
Our client, a well-established business in Hull, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy depot. You will provide courteous and efficient reception services, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include R2C, truck service scheduling, and MOT bookings in line with manufacturer guidelines.
You will collaborate closely with the workshop, parts, and sales teams.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a similar environment with excellent customer service skills
* Experience in a service industry handling customer interactions via various methods
* Knowledge of databases
* Strong time management, organizational, and IT skills
* Effective communication and influencing skills
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience working with multiple teams
* Driving licence (desirable)
* Technical background (desirable)
Salary & Hours:
£29,432 basic salary with overtime paid for 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Working hours:
* Week 1: 06:00 – 14:30
* Week 2: 08:00 – 16:30
* Week 3: 10:00 – 18:30
Additional Saturday work on a rota basis: 06:30 – 15:00.
